- Do you ship to my country?
- We offer WORLDWIDE Shipping for most of our orders (unless specified on the product page) Orders outside the US generally take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.
- How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- Order processing takes 1 to 4 business days. Depending on item you purchase, Delivery can take up to 1 to 3 weeks.

- Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
- For change of shipping address after order has been placed, please contact us ASAP, in some cases we will issue you a refund to repurchase the item using the correct address (if item has not shipped already)
- Can I have a tracking number?
- Yes. some orders may ship in multiple boxes but each box will have its own unique tracking number.
- I ordered 2 or more items, but only received one... where's my order?
- We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when order for multiple items is place, sometimes they are shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way
- Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Its because sometimes customers accidentally enter incorrect email address. We throughout the process send 2 to 3 emails, including an order conformation and a shipping notice.If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly please Contact Us.
- Are the "FREE" items really free?
- YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping and handling cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00
